ALZO Extended Warranty

ALZO products are built to last, and we warranty the following products for either 3 or 5 years from date of purchase. If an ALZO product is not listed below, then the warranty is 1 year from date of purchase.

The specific parts of the products that are not covered by this warranty are defined in the exceptions below the item description. ALZO will repair or replace the defective goods as the sole election of ALZO. The cost of product return shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that all product returns include carrier insurance as ALZO is not responsible for lost or damage caused by the carrier.

Warranty Service Parts

All product warranty service parts issued to customers are shipped via UPS Ground service or US Postal service first class at the sole election of Akces Media LLC. If a customer requires "express" shipping of warranty service parts, the customer will be responsible for shipping cost in excess of UPS ground shipping.

Product Return Policy

You must contact us prior to all product returns as some of our products require special packaging for return, such as the ALZO 300 Cool-Lite return packaging instructions.
