LIMITED 5-YEAR WARRANTY
Akces Media LLC (dba ALZO Digital) provides a limited 5-year warranty
on all ALZO
600 and ALZO 600-EX "Cool Lites" that have been purchased on or after
January 1, 2009. The warranty period begins on the date of
purchase and continues for an additional 5 years or 60 months. If a defect in
the operation of any product covered by this warranty is discovered during
the Limited Warranty period, we will repair at our option using new or
refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.
Repair or replacement is the sole discretion of Akces Media LLC.
COVERED PRODUCTS AND PARTS:
Covered Products: This limited
warranty covers specific components of all ALZO 600 and 600-EX lights.
Parts Covered by this warranty:
Only the following specific parts of an ALZO 600 & 600-EX light head
are covered by this warranty:

This
warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product
as recommended. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage
extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper
storage conditions, lightning, or natural disasters.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY:
Should the product(s) fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or
replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. Akces Media LLC will
not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from
the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited
to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other
equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or
inability to use this product. In no event will Akces Media LLC be liable for
more than the amount of your purchase price, not to exceed the current list
price of the product, and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges.
Akces Media LLC (dba ALZO Digital) disclaims any other warranties, express or
implied. By installing or using the product, the user accepts all terms
described herein.

REQUIREMENTS
Shipping costs of warranty claims will be fully pre-paid for by the
purchaser. Akces Media LLC will pay for ground shipping of the repaired
product back to the customer.
