***** (5 Stars) Great System
Product: PAN-L-Lite Twin
by Andy Urtu from California

Pros: Very good features and design

Cons: None

Best Uses: Studio or location shoots

Describe Yourself: Semi-Pro Videographer

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I have been using the Pan-L-Lite Twin. Really good mounting options. I have the optional overhead mounting bracket and it works great. The honeycomb fiter included directs light and I use it to mount filter gels.

The light quality and is good and matches the ALZO 45W CFL spirals well. I gel with a 1/8 Minus green to warm the light up a bit, and the video colors I get are wonderful. This is just my personal preference.

Very good quality. Folds up nice and has a built in handle. I looked at a LOT of other options and these had the best features.

***** (5 Stars) Best thing I've bought for filming
Product: ALZO Pan-L Video Light Twin
by Louis from Greensboro, NC

Pros: Great lighting, durable construction, comes with egg crate and diffuser cloth. No Hassle.

Cons: I don't see anything wrong with it.

Best Uses: Indoor and Outdoor lighting. Handle becomes a bonus for guerilla filming.

Describe Yourself: Professional Videographer

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

After watching a video review and a leap of faith, I ordered 2 of the Alzo Pan-L Video Light Twins. Definitely a far cry from my halogen shop lights. Lighting is great, no green hue. Loved the two and bought one more. They've been bumped, short dropped and have survived 3 rounds of drunks during a beer pong film. I highly recommend buying the heavy duty light stands rated at holding around 22 pounds or so. Even though it is light and portable, at 9.5 feet in the air, you need it to be safe. It also fits snug on the end of a C-Stand's 40" extension. Happy with these. Wish I had enough to buy the Quad version.
