Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I had done a significant amount of research
before choosing the ALZO Pan-L-Lite 3-Light Kit. It seemed to be one of the
most affordable of the Kino-Flo alternatives, and yet boasted a high build
quality.
Overall, I'm very impressed. The power of the lights is greater than I
expected-- so much so that I use the diffusers all the time. I wish they had
dimmers, because they're not quite powerful enough on half power and too
powerful on full, but between the honeycomb filter and the fabric diffuser
this issue can be overcome.
The tripods are wonderful. They're a higher quality that I expected and I
liked them so much I bought an extra.
Some minor problems include the fact that some of the tripods fasteners were
broken in transit and at least one of our tripods shipped with the wrong top
mount.
Otherwise, I'm very pleased and would purchase this product again. |
